Soft power strategy is an important aspect of China’s foreign diplomacy. It must adapt to global peaceful rise. create understanding, respect and ultimately support political models policies. Then, it will help China win friends’ hearts minds around the world. Therefore, not surprising that building predicting a soft firmly on international agenda. This paper starts with background then describes rises limitations current by using documents from previous researches social media. Finally, illustrates suggestions solutions improve this charming strategy.
